By The Hour or By The Job   

No job too small.  Unlike hiring a temporary worker, you are only charged for the work done by your virtual office assistant.  Fees are based on a per hour charge, or on a project by project basis, based on the type and complexity, turn-around time required and the payment schedule negotiated on the project.  A standard mileage rate of $.50 per mile will be charged for document pick up and delivery.  The charge starts when we pick up the documentation at your location.

If you anticipate needing regularly scheduled assistance, or assistance with part time on-going projects, a discount may be available.
