No job is too small. We can work on any size project, from one time to ongoing tasks and jobs of larger scope.  We utilize secure web based document sharing programs to keep your information safe and secure.    Unlike a temporary worker, you do not have to provide space or training, and you only pay for work done.

Contact us and we will get back with you or fill out and submit the  Work - Quote Request form to give us more detailed information.  We will ask how you want to be contacted, software you use, what type of work you will be assigning, and when you need the task completed.  We will use your responses to match you up with the assistant that can best do the work you require. 

We work as a team.  The work is given to the team member most experienced in the task you require.  If several methodologies are required on a project, then we all work together to produce the results needed for the outcome you require. 

Once we have agreed to work together, the virtual office assistant assigned to your project or task will email you to introduce themselves.  If you would like, you can arrange a phone call to speak directly with your assigned assistant, so that you may better explain your task and what results you expect. 

Your virtual office assistant gets to work completing your project or task.  You will only be billed for time spent on the task or the agreed upon price for a project.  We will provide regular updates.
